Republican refers to a member or supporter of the Republican Party, one of the two major political parties in the United States. Republicans often advocate for lower taxes, a strong national defense, and a free-market economy. The party's symbol is the elephant. **

Republican principles are based on the idea of a representative government, where power is held by the people and exercised through elected officials. These principles emphasize the importance of individual rights and freedoms, the rule of law, and the separation of powers to prevent the concentration of power in any one branch of government. Republicans also believe in limited government intervention in the economy and a strong national defense. Overall, the core principles of republicanism center around the protection of individual liberties and the promotion of a government that is accountable to the people. **

Anti-republican refers to opposition or hostility towards the principles and values of a republic, which is a form of government where the power is held by the people and their elected representatives. This opposition can manifest in various ways, such as advocating for a different form of government, undermining the democratic process, or rejecting the idea of equality and representation. It can also involve criticism of republican institutions and practices, or a rejection of the idea of a government that is accountable to the people. **

A republican constitutional state is a form of government that is based on the principles of republicanism and constitutionalism. In this type of state, power is held by the people and exercised through elected representatives, rather than a monarch or dictator. The government operates within the framework of a constitution that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the government and the citizens. This system is designed to prevent the abuse of power and protect individual freedoms through the rule of law. **
